The ETP is the icing that enable us to accelerate the establishment of our Shared Service Centre here.

The shared services company will support the growth of AIA Group Companies throughout the region and over time move from simple to more complex transactions.

The Shared Services will cater to:

Back office operations functions handling high volume transactional processing on new business and underwriting application processing, policy owner services administration, claims transaction processing, and other corporate shared functions; e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology Development and Infrastructure, etc.
Call centre for inbound customer queries.
Centres of excellence supporting Corporate functions from across the Group
